Other things to note
The downstairs bedroom and master bedroom with the glass window/doors have curtains that you can close at night for your privacy. There are new blinds on all the other windows in the house. The sliding windows on the first and second floor are all new as of March 2024 as well as a new stereo system for your enjoyment.

Five mini-split air/heat units in each room were installed in May 2026.

We also now have a Tesla electric charger located in the garage for your use. We have put a timer on the charger to allow charging from midnight to 6:00 am when rates are less. Usage will be billed to you per SDG&Es TOU-DR1-Residential Utility Rates.”
