Hello! My name is Carolyn Lyons and I am the Property Manager for My Own Vacation Rentals. My son Bryan Mione and I purchased the Yarmouth Ct property in 2011 and the Pismo Ct property in 2013. Bryan tore down each of the two small homes and built the gorgeous, modern 3-story beach houses you see today.
We are both hard-working entrepreneurs and when we’re not busy catering to our guests, we’re spending time with our families and our dogs! It had always been a dream of Bryan’s to own a home on the ocean, and we’re so lucky to have made that dream come true, times two! Sharing our homes with so many amazing families is our greatest gift of all.
I am in charge of renting the homes to vacationers year-round, so you’ll be working with me exclusively – rather than a large corporation or rental agency.
